Download Bochs for Windows from bochs.sourceforge.net and unzip it. I also used the Rawwrite, which is often used to make bootdisks for linux installations. You can get the utils here. You will also need the Windows 95 cd.

I posted this as a bug (#1099610). There is no difference when the floppy is mounted (since i used it to boot from previously, i say that the floppy is working fine)When your choose 3 times 'cont' ( floppy recal:f07: ctrl not ready, HALT instruction encountered in the BIOS ROM, SIGNAL 2 caught). After this a blue screen will be generated with an fatal exception.After pressing continue over here, a never ending(measured for 5 minutes to be sure) list of the following log entries is created:7e HD atapicmderror channel=00 key=02 asc=3a.
